In 2008, Kate Bowling established Bowling Law Office - a full service legal practice in Dayton, Ohio. Since that time, Kate has become an expertly trained and battle tested trial attorney, representing clients throughout the Miami Valley charged with the most serious criminal offenses. Our clients come from all walks of life, and we take pride in delivering the very best legal services available.

Kate Bowling is a trial master, embracing a “roll up your sleeves” philosophy when it comes to representing her clients. She has consistently been recognized as an aggressive, experienced advocate, whose knowledge of Ohio law and case strategy is unmatched.

Kate is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Dayton Law School. She is the Owner of Bowling Law Office; an Acting Judge in Kettering Municipal Court; and a former Professor of Business Law. Kate has been acknowledged for Excellence in the Practice of Criminal Defense Law for years by Ohio SuperLawyers. She regularly presents to lawyers around the state of Ohio in matters involving trial strategy; self defense cases; and fourth amendment challenges. Her focus is high level felony defense; misdemeanors; narcotics defense; and small business litigation.

Kate Bowling, Owner/Lead trial Counsel

Known for her trial skills and experience winning over juries across the Miami Valley, Kate Bowling has earned her reputation in the legal community as a formidable opponent in any case. Her approach to each case is professional, knowledgeable, and creative. Kate began her career as an Assistant County Prosecutor in the Child Protection Unit. She established Bowling Law Office in 2009, a practice which now serves clients throughout the United States and in foreign territories. Kate has been named Top 40 Under 40 Professionals by the Dayton Business Journal. She has been recognized the past two consecutive years for Excellence in the Practice of Criminal Defense Law by Ohio Superlawyers. Kate has been educated by the Ohio Judicial College in Domestic Violence Law, and has received advanced training in Ohio OVI Law by a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Instructor.
